All custom orders require a non refundable 25% deposit upon approval of templated design before work order will begin.
All orders are be completed in the order received. Wait times vary based on order placement. Upon ordering an estimated time frame will be given for completion.
Colors and textures may vary based on glass availability.
Rushed orders are dependent upon Artist availability and will require an additional fee.
